Sexual Assault - New Sudbury Shopping Center

On Friday the 18th of March 2016 an incident occurred at the New Sudbury Shopping Center where an adult male inappropriately touched a young boy. On the 19Mar16 a 25 year old male from Sudbury was arrested for sexual assault and sexual interference by members of the Criminal Investigations Division assisted by the Uniform Division of the Greater Sudbury Police Service. Anyone with information regarding this or similar acts is urged to contact the Greater Sudbury Police Service.

No no. He has rights, more than the kid. A slap on the wrist and supervised when there are children around, Dna sample, and a paltry fine.

Police haven't released a name. Likely because the case involves a minor child who's name must be protected even if the chance of association is very small.
