Team Captains
Your participation is key in helping us reach our fundraising goal.
Check-in with your team members from time to time to encourage their pledge efforts and to see if they have any questions.
• Recruit four to five of your coworkers, friends, family or neighbours
• Distribute Pledge Forms* to your team members
• Return your Team Registration Form* to our office
• Encourage each bowler to collect $100 or more in pledges
Sponsor-a-Match
We currently have 65+ children waiting to be matched and some children will wait up to 3 years on our waiting list. It costs our agency $1,200 to make and professionally support a new Big and Little match for one year. As a team, you can become a “Match Sponsor” by raising $1,200. With six players, that is only $200 each.
• Your team or company will be recognized on our website as a 2014 “Match Sponsor”
• Your team or company will be announced as a Match Sponsor during your bowling time slot
• Your team or company will have their name placed on our Match Sponsor Board at the event.
Bowlers
In return for raising $50 or more in pledges, you’ll receive a special event-branded T-shirt. The more pledges you raise, the greater the award you earn.
We still have our Plinko game!
If you raise $100 or more, you get a token.
Drop it in the slot and it’ll find your treasure.
• Set a goal of raising $100 or more in pledges.
• Record all pledges on your Pledge Form
(each bowler must have their own pledge sheet)
• Pledges can be made in cash or cheque
• Collect cash/cheques from your pledges
• Bring your Pledge Form and pledges to the event.
