Since August of 2016, the Greater Sudbury Police Service Criminal Investigations Division has received a series of complaints of sexual assault involving a local Registered Massage Therapist. The incidents are alleged to have occurred at a physiotherapy clinic in the City of Greater Sudbury.
To date, five victims have been identified and as a result, 55 year old Luis BERNAL has been charged with 7 counts of Sexual Assault. Mr. Bernal’s next court appearance is set for October 26, 2016 in Sudbury court.
