An Amber Alert has been issued by Vancouver Police for four-year-old Delilah Felton, possibly travelling with her mother, suspect Angela Hanley.
Delilah was last seen wearing a colourful rain jacket, mostly red with flowers on it, a black skirt with writing on the front, and black leggings with grey stripes.
She is described as Caucasian, one metre and 22 centimetres tall, 40 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
Police say Delilah was taken from the East King Edward area of Vancouver.
Her mother, the suspect, is 46, 5’6″ tall, 139 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a light brown corduroy jacket with a fur-lined hood, dark jeans, and calf-height rain boots.
Police ask the public to call 9-1-1 if they spot either Delilah or her mother. They say to not approach either.
No information on a possible vehicle was made public by police.
