Approximately 15,000 Hydro One customers affected by a hydro outage that covered an area from Manitoulin Island to as far as Valley East and the French River area. Included within this larger outage are several smaller outage West of the city.
The larger outage still pending classification as of 9:30am and Hydro says should be resolved by 10:00am
There is also another smaller outage in Chelmsford affecting approximately several hundred customers which Hydro One says should be resolved around noon.
