(Garson, ON) Greater Sudbury Fire Service were called to an apartment building on O'Neil Drive in Garson shortly before eight Sunday morning.
One resident was injured escaping the unit and transported to hospital. One fire fighter also received minor injuries.
Twenty-one fire fighters from four stations quickly contained the blaze to one unit with minor smoke and water damage to other portions of the building.
Three residents have been displaced and damage is estimated at $250,000.
Tthe causing is yet to be determined.
