Update - Greater Sudbury Online have received additional information that this incident occurred in the Young Street area in Capreol. One of the individuals is described as approximately 6' tall, reddish hair and had a scruffy beard of someone unshaven for 3 or 4 days. If you saw anything suspicious in the area last night or have any information please contact Greater Sudbury Police.

On Saturday October 4th, 2014 at approximately 9:30pm two males forced their way into a residence of a lone male. A knife was used and physical force to control the male in an attempt to steal medication and money, neither of which was obtained. They fled empty handed from the residence. Minimal injuries were sustained by the home owner during the altercation.

The culprits are described as a white males between 20-30 years of age, one taller than the other.

Greater Sudbury Police is requesting any information about this incident be forwarded to our investigators or the information can be passed to Crime Stoppers.
