On the evening of Dec 23rd 2014 a 48 year old male was operating a snowmobile on Minnow lake in the City of Greater Sudbury. The snowmobile struck the shore line causing the snowmobile to be vaulted in the air. The male victim was transported to Health Sciences North where he succumbed to his injuries. This matter is still under investigation and members of the Traffic Management Unit are asking if anyone has information relating to this collision to contact police at 705-675-9171 ext 2416. The name of the deceased is not being released at this time.
