Twenty-one firefighters from four stations responded to a residence on Spruce Street in Sudbury around 12:35a on January 11, 2015. Fire and smoke damage to the two storey home is described as severe with damages estimated at approximately $250,000.

Seven people have been displaced. There were no injuries.
