Updated - October 21st, 2015 2:30pm: Union confirms that Richard Pigeau was killed when he was struck by a piece of equipment at Glencore's Nickel Rim Mine on Tuesday.
The company has suspended operation again Wednesday until further notice.
Ministry of Labour officials continue to investigate.

Ministry of Labour has confirmed a fatality at Glencore's Nickel Rim Mine in Sudbury as a result of being struck by a piece of equipment.
In a media release, Yonaniko Grenon - Glencore Senior Communications Specialist, said, "It is with deepest regret we confirm a fatality underground at our Nickel Rim South Mine this morning."
"We have informed the family of the deceased and are extending our full support to the family."
"The Ontario Ministry of Labour and the police are on site and are receiving our full cooperation."
"All shifts at Nickel Rim South are cancelled for today until further notice"
They haven't said when the incident occurred and are releasing the name or the deceased.
Greater Sudbury Police are currently on scene awaiting the arrival of ministry officials to begin their investigation.
