Tyler Boucher, a grade 9 student at Chelmsford’s École secondaire catholique Champlain, was in Orlando (Florida) from November 9 to 13 as a member of Team Canada competing in the WKC World Karate Championships. During this international competition, this 14 year old athlete was able to measure his skills against the best martial arts competitors in the world. Tyler rose to the challenge and won a silver medal in Chinese Forms as well as a 4th-place finish in Korean Forms.
