A Canada-wide warrant was issued today for a man and a woman charged with the murder of an 18-year-old Moncton man.
20-year-old Marissa Shephard and 18-year-old Tyler Noel, both of Moncton, are charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie of Moncton on December 17, 2015.
At this point it is unknown if Shephard and Noel are together or if they’re in New Brunswick or outside the province.
“Anyone who is helping these two evade police can be charged with accessory after the fact to commit first degree murder,” says Sgt. André Pepin with the Codiac Regional RCMP. “The murder of Baylee Wylie was extremely violent. These two should be considered dangerous and not be approached.”
Marissa Shephard is described as Caucasian, 167cm (5'5") tall and weighs approximately 45kg (100lbs). She has brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest. Previous news releases had stated the tattoo was a heart and not a crown.

He has brown eyes and black hair, including facial hair and sideburns. He has tattoos on his right arm with the words mom, dad and Mary as well as a skull.
