Update - March 20th, 2016 6:30pm: There seems to be some confusion. The amber alter system is broadcasting the Abductor: is 20-25, however, the lead agency (The Toronto Police Service) is reporting them as 40-45. We are trying to obtain clarification.
The infant was in a Grey Toyota Camry that was stolen.
