Greater Sudbury Police Seize over $8000 in Cash and $13,000 worth of Drugs

On the evening of the 7th of April 2014, Members of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Greater Sudbury Police Service executed a search warrant at an apartment on Lasalle Boulevard. A search of the residence and an automobile resulted in the seizure of over $8000 in cash and over 1.3 kg of Marihuana valued at over $13,000.00.

Three parties were arrested at the scene and charged with the following offences:

William Trebb, 25 years

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime



Jarret Martin, 23 years:

Breach of Probation

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime



Dustin Lafleur, 23 years 

Fail to Comply with Recognizance of Bail,

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime



Dustin Lafleur was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for 2 counts of Fail To Attend.

All three are currently in custody. Accused Martin and Lafleur will appear for a Bail Hearing on the 10th of April while William Trebb will appear on the 16th of April.
