ive been saying it for years the city has to quit wasting money a start looking at preventing this : put a medium down the center of the highway that will prevent people from crossing into on coming traffic " and people have to take road condition into effect , but it even happens under good conditions PUT A MEDIUM DOWN THE CENTER OF THE HIGH WAY
