The Greater Sudbury Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in solving a weapons complaint.
On Tuesday, April 29th shortly after 9:00 p.m., Greater Sudbury Police were alerted to a weapons complaint in the area of Denis Crescent in Azilda.
Responding officers learned that several shots were fired from a vehicle at a 24 year old male who was seated in a parked car. The victim's vehicle was struck but fortunately the victim was not injured. The suspect vehicle then fled the scene and was last observed southbound on Marier Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as a light coloured van or SUV possibly a Chevrolet or GMC or Dodge Caravan.
