Update - Oct 15th, 2015 3:20pm: Hydro One is reporting the estimated time to restoral to be approximately 6pm this evening.

Greater Sudbury Utilities has advised that Hydro One has lost power to it's Clarabelle Transmission Station, which feeds Greater Sudbury Hyrdo;s distribution stations in the West End, Copper Cliff and a good Portion of Central Sudbury.
Power has been successful restored to HSN and they are trying to re-route power to as many customers as possible.
This issue is also affecting Hydro One customers in areas supplied by the Calarabelle Transmission station. Greater Sudbury Online follows have advised that sections of Lively, Chelmsford, Hanmer and many others are currently without power.
GSI says total estimated time to restoral is impossible to predict at this time.
