Sudbury man charged with mischief and public intoxication

On November 6, 2015, members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised that a male had broken a door handle on a downtown business and then left walking on James Street in Parry Sound.
As a result of police investigation, Shane LEMIRE, 32 years of age from Sudbury was arrested and charged with:
· Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
· Being intoxicated in a public place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act (LLA).
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on December 17, 2015 to answer to his charges.
