(Sudbury, ON - February 26th, 2015) Meagan's family says that they have received additional information about her case as a result of somebody watching a video of an episode of "Last Seen Alive" in which Meagan is featured for the first time.
Meagan Pilon was last seen on Sept. 11th, 2013. Meagan is described as being 5-10, 140 lbs, black hair and hazel eyes. Information was received since that time that she may be in the Sudbury, the Espanola Manitoulin area, or the West-Nippissing area.
What specific information has been received is not being made available to the public. The point is that by this time many people believe that anybody that could possibly have any information would have heard about this case and/or most likely seen or heard about this video but this example proves that there is more work to be done not only to locate Meagan but also to demonstrate that Greater Sudbury is not immune to the type of activities demonstrated within this video.
Somebody knows something about this young woman and it's time for that person to take a moment to consider how they would feel is this was one of family members. To that person, do the right thing and come forward and give this family some peace.
If you do have any information we encourage you to come forward and send it through the regular channels (i.e. police, crime stoppers) but we will also accept any information you can offer if you don't want to get involved and remain anonymous.
If you haven't seen the video, take a moment, some of what you see may be eye opening.
Please also take a moment to share.
