Many local area residents report hear and feeling some type of blast or seismic event this afternoon just after 4;00pm.
Updates from social meadia suggest that the event felt strongest along the Northeast side of the city in Garson, Falconbridge, Valley East and Capreol.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the event may have been related to surface blasting being conducted at one of Pioneer Construction's pits near Skead, however, that it unconfirmed at this time.
