Police seek red Pontiac G6 involved stunt driving incident

On Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at approximately 9:00p.m., members of the Greater Sudbury Police Service responded to a motor vehicle collision that took place on the Kingsway Blvd., Sudbury. Investigation revealed that two vehicles were racing at speeds of over 100 km/hr. One of the involved vehicles was struck, lost control, and ended up in the ditch.

The second vehicle fled the scene. It is the described as a red four door Pontiac G6, mid 2000’s. It is likely to have damage to the passenger side.

This matter is still under investigation. The vehicle described is similar to the photo below.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the driver and vehicle that fled the scene.
