Two Sudbury Area Car Dealers Suspended by Regulator

Toronto, ON, July 23, 2014 - As a result of serious consumer complaints, OMVIC, Ontario’s vehicle sales regulator, has ordered the immediate suspension of two registered motor vehicle dealers: 1552558 Ontario Inc., operating as Drivetime (1088-B The Kingsway, Sudbury); and Craig Terry Investments Ltd. (1092-B The Kingsway, Sudbury). Accordingly, neither dealership may legally sell, lease or buy vehicles.

Tanya Quesnel, a grade 12 student from Sudbury’s École secondaire du Sacré-Coeur, was presented with the Craig T. Noble award from ICAN (Independence Centre and Network) Sudbury. Tanya, who recently completed her secondary school studies, was born with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia and is a past ICAN youth services participant.
