Greater Sudbury Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating 13-year-old Vincent.
Vincent last seen 1:50 p.m. on Sept 2 on Bluejay Way. He described as 4'10", around 95lbs., with brown, shoulder-length hair & brown eyes. There are no clothing descriptors at this time.
