Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers Offers Guaranteed $1,000 Reward

Crime Stoppers and the Greater Sudbury Police Service need your help in identifying the suspects responsible for 3 Robberies committed in April and August, 2014.

Members of the GSPS BEAR (Break, Enter and Robbery) Unit are investigating 3 unsolved robberies and, with the assistance of pictures from surveillance cameras, are asking for the public`s assistance in providing names of suspects based on their clothing and general descriptions.

The following information was obtained by way of interviews with witnesses / victims or visuals from pictures obtained.

Date / time: 19 August `14, approx. 9:00 p. m.

Location: Mac`s at Montrose Mall

Weapon: none observed

Description of suspect: male, Caucasian, approx. 25 yrs., 5`10`` - 6`, slim build, wearing red ECHO hoodie with white letters, grey sweat pants, red & white high-top sneakers and a grey bandana

- Cash and cigarettes taken

Date / time: 8 August `14, approx. 12:30 a. m.

Location: Pioneer Gas Bar, Val Caron

Weapon: hammer

Description of suspect: male, Caucasian, approx. 25 yrs., approx. 6`, medium build, wearing a brown leather coat with hood, light blue jeans, brown work boots (black toe protectors), with dark-coloured balaclava / bandana covering lower part of the face

- Nothing taken

3- SU14017805 (photo in middle)

Date / time: 27 April `14, approx. 12:05 a. m.

Location: Tim Hortons, Falconbridge near Lasalle Blvd.

Weapon: knife

Description of suspect: male, Caucasian, approx. 30 yrs., approx. 6`, heavy build, wearing a black leather jacket, blue bandana, black pants, black dress shoes

- Cash taken

Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is convinced someone has information on the identity of the suspects and therefore a guaranteed $1,000 reward is being offered for tips received before midnight on Friday September 5th `14, if the information leads to an arrest.

The standard process for determining reward amounts will apply for tips received after the deadline.
