SUDBURY, ON) – At approximately 5:42 pm, on November 2, 2014, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) – Sudbury Detachment responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on Highway 144, north of Chelmsford.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the vehicle was transported to hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and later released.

Police investigation revealed the driver was impaired by alcohol.

Connor KIVI, 18 years of age from Chelmsford, has been charged with driving while ability impaired, driving with more than 80 milligrams and fail to comply with probation order, all contrary to the Criminal Code. The charges are returnable to the Ontario Court of Justice on November 19, 2014.
