As a result of an on-going investigation by members of the Greater Sudbury Police Service`s BEAR Unit, the suspect for the Robbery at the Jem Mart on Kathleen St., which occurred on November 22nd, was identified as Brian Bushey (51 yrs., CGS).

Bushey was arrested on November 26th and charged with Robbery with a Weapon, Disguise with Intent and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. He was kept in custody and scheduled for a Bail Hearing on November 27th
