On Saturday January 17th shortly after 2 am, a light blue/grey hatchback vehicle with 3 male occupants stopped on Pine St, Garson. One male in dark clothing exited the vehicle and walked over to a parked International Bus.
A judge ruled this morning that the assault allegations against a Sudbury police officer made by 20 year old Tanner Currie warranted further judicial scrutiny and subsequently Constable Christopher Labreche has been charged with assault.
