Crime Stoppers and the Greater Sudbury Police Service need your help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for 2 Robberies committed on October 21st, 2014.

Members of the GSPS BEAR (Break, Enter and Robbery) Unit are investigating 2 unsolved robberies and are asking for the public`s assistance in identifying the person or persons responsible.

The first robbery took place at the Esso Gas bar, 180 Lasalle Blvd. on Oct. 21st, 2014 at approx. 3:50 a.m. The description provided for the suspect is male, Caucasian, approx. 6`, slim build and wearing a dark hoody.

Later on October 21st, at approx. 10:00 p.m. the Kwik Way Store at 594 Lasalle Blvd. was robbed. In this case, the suspect is also described as male Caucasian, approx. 6`, slim build and wearing a dark hoody.

Though not confirmed at this time, investigators believe both robberies may be linked as a result of similarities in physical descriptors, weapons used and the fact that cash and cigarettes were taken at both locations.

Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is convinced someone has information on the identity of the suspect(s) and therefore a guaranteed $1,000 reward is being offered for tips received before midnight on Friday October 31st, `14, if the information leads to an arrest.
