Overnight between Saturday January 17th and Sunday January 18th, there were 2 mischiefs reported to police of a similar nature.

The Beaver Tail food trailer on the corner of McNaughton Tr. and Elizabeth St. was broken into and vandalized. The suspects broke in and set off fire extinguishers inside the trailer.

An ice hut on the ice on Ramsey Lake in front of the Yacht Club was broken into and a fire extinguisher was sprayed throughout the interior of the hut.

Due to the timing, location and similarity in damage caused by using a fire extinguisher, it is suspected these two events are related. There may be other incidents on the lake that have not yet been reported.
