The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.

Daniel VARCOE is described as a white male, 31 years of age, 6’3” (191cm), 205 lbs (99 kg).  He has a tattoos on his right forearm “Varcoe”, left side of his neck “skull with ram horns”, left forearm “Demon with skull”, right side of his neck “Hands in prayer” and a general tattoo on his back.

He is serving a 6 year and 10 month sentence for Flight from Police, Break and Enter, Theft and Driving offences.

The offender is known to frequent the Barrie, Sudbury, North Bay, Orillia, Huntsville, Rockwood and the Milton area.
