The Greater Sudbury Police Service is currently investigating a motor vehicle collision in which a 7 year female was struck by a pickup truck at the intersection of Brady Street and Minto Street, Sudbury.

The 7 year old female is currently at Health Sciences North where she is being treated for serious injuries that have been categorized as non-life threatening.

Our Traffic Management Unit is currently on scene and investigating this collision.

It is our expectation that east bound Brady Street between Minto Street and Shaughnessy Street will be closed for approximately 3 hours.

Drivers are asked to avoid this area and take alternate routes while our accident investigation is ongoing.
