Between January and March 2014, the Greater Sudbury Police Service received a number of complaints in which an older male in small black car appeared to be following young females, exposing himself  and masturbating. The incidents occurred mainly in the Donovan and  Flour Mill areas of the city although one  incident occurred on Fielding St. in New Sudbury. In total, 10 females between the ages of 12 and 21 were victimized in 6 separate incidents.

After a lengthy investigation by  officers from both the Uniform and Criminal Investigations Division, a 53 year old male was arrested on the evening the of the 26 of March 2014. The male has been charged with 13 counts of Exposure to a Person Under 16 Years of Age; 19 counts of  Criminal Harassment (repeatedly follow place to place) and Indecent Acts. He will appear in Bail Court on the 27^th of March to answer to the charges.
