Update - December 24th, 2015: Greater Sudbury Police have determined foul play is not a factor in the death of a 77 year old male found earlier this morning outside his residence on Paris St, Sudbury.  Respecting the privacy of the next of kin during this difficult time, the name of the deceased will not be released. 
Investigators would like to thank the public and witnesses for their assistance in this matter.

Original: At 8:16 am this morning, the Greater Sudbury Police Service were advised of a male party located outside an apartment building on Paris Street who had been transported by EMS to Health Sciences North and subsequently pronounced dead.
