Updated: Federal Inmate Wanted Arrested

 

Updated - April 6th, 2016 7:30am: Greater Sudbury Police advise that Marc Renaud was arrested in Sudbury without incident shortly after 9:00 PM by members of Greater Sudbury Police’s Criminal Investigations Division and Patrol Operations Division.

(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.

Marc RENAUD is described as a white male, 41 years of age, 6’5” (196 cm), 210 lbs (95 kg). He has green eyes and short brown hair. Renaud has two tattoos on his left arm consisting of Three Bolts on the outer and inner forearm.
He is serving a 2.5 year sentence for Armed Robbery / Robbery with a Weapon.
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Sudbury area.
