Long Lake Public School is no more, but its legacy will live on in a new community park thanks to the generosity of Long Lake resident Mrs Lily Fielding. The new park will be named Kivi Park in memory of Mrs Fielding’s parents and in honour of the Finnish immigrants who settled the Long Lake area of Greater Sudbury

On the 15th of March 2016 at approximately 4:45pm, while conducting speed enforcement on Errington Avenue in Chelmsford, a traffic officer observed a three wheeled ATV at a high rate of speed travelling down the centre of the road while traffic was flowing in both directions.
