The Kingsway will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Bancroft to Silpaa (near the Deluxe) for repairs to a water main break. Repairs are expected to last all day

Six years ago when I became an Elementary School Library Clerk, I discovered that I had an uphill battle to make three school libraries functional. The books were old and there was next to no money to buy new ones in the budgets. Needless to say that the children were not busting down the library door to borrow books!
