(ALBAN, ON) – On Monday June 16, 2014 shortly after 11:30 pm, officers from the Noelville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision involving a Honda All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The collision occurred on North Channel Rd in the Municipality of French River.

As a result of the motor vehicle collision that took place on 17 June 2014 on
the LaSalle Extension, the driver, Zachery Turpin (25yrs) has succumbed to his
injuries. The investigation is still ongoing by the Traffic Management Unit.

Update - June 11th, 2014 - When the male suspect left the bank, he left a device behind. The nature of the device caused Police concern as the male had alleged he was in possession of an explosive device.
