On June 13th 2015 a member of the Traffic Management Unit attempted to stop 3 dirt bikes on Desjardins St. in Garson. The dirt bikes attempted to flee, however one driver stalled the engine and was stopped resulting in being charged for violations under the Provincial Offences Act.
On Monday, June 15, 2015 at approximately 10:45 p.m. members of the Greater Sudbury Police Service responded to a robbery that took place at the Subway located at 943 Lorne St., Sudbury.

On the 12th of June 2015 at approximately 4 p.m., members of Emergency Medical Services responded to an address on Beech Street in regards to a male person who was non responsive. Upon arrival, they were able to confirm that Gary Triff (60 yrs.) was deceased.
Greater Sudbury Police have confirmed that missing person Gaetanne (Gail) Lynds has been located in good health and her blue Dodge Caravan recovered.

On March 28th 2015, members of the Break, Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit of the Greater Sudbury Police Service acted on information received that a man from the Sudbury area was in possession of a quantity of illicit drugs.
